Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within Finland. Orders placed from outside Finland cannot be processed or delivered.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment. This timeframe begins once your order has been confirmed and payment received.
3. Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via Posti Group Oyj, Finland’s national postal service, to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
A flat shipping fee of 8,90 € applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy complies with EU and Finnish consumer protection laws, including:
- Your right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods (except for exceptions under law, e.g., custom-made items).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- If goods are defective or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
